The ice machine on my floor was not working.

The shuttle service turned out to be quite inconvenient. it only operated until 8 PM, which caught us off guard after waiting for it at the airport, leaving us to hail a Lyft instead. The bathroom facilities left much to be desired, particularly with a toilet that struggled to flush properly. Overall, while the room was decent, the lack of functionality in essential areas dampened the experience.
